PHYSIOACTIVE

We Treat The Cause Not The Pain

WHY PHYSIO ACTIVE

At Physio Active Clinic, we adhere to an integrated rehabilitation system that facilitates a gradual transition from a high dependence state to maximizing independence. Our priority is your well-being, and we are committed to enhancing your quality of life. We emphasize Prehabilitation over Rehabilitation.

Comprehension

Thorough assessment and evaluation are conducted to grasp the underlying issue and potential risk factors for future complications.

Instruction

Patients receive detailed education concerning their condition, including its origins and exacerbating factors. Our goal is to elucidate the injury and pain mechanisms, empowering individuals to take charge of their healing process.

Participation

Patients are urged to actively engage in their treatment regimen. Progress hinges on consistent practice; the more dedicated the effort, the more promising the recovery.

How We Treat Patients

  • At the onset, an in-depth discussion is conducted regarding the historical context of the issue, which is followed by a comprehensive evaluation of the relevant musculoskeletal structures and joints. This evaluation encompasses various movements, postural examinations, and specific tests aimed at determining the root cause and severity of the concern. Diagnostic aids such as X-rays, laboratory analyses, and MRI scans are employed based on clinical requirements.

  • The process involves identifying the primary dysfunctions (underlying cause) and potential risk factors (emphasizing cause-targeted interventions over symptom management). Our approach is individualized, recognizing the unique nature of each patient; hence, a standardized treatment regimen is eschewed in favor of tailored strategies. Customized exercise regimens are devised following a detailed dialogue with the patient, occasionally supplemented by the recommendation of electrotherapeutic modalities for pain and inflammation management prior to commencing exercises.

  • Our practice is firmly rooted in evidence-based methodologies, rigorously incorporating the latest findings to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for all patients. To achieve this, our team of Physiotherapists consistently updates their knowledge through ongoing education, conference attendance, and skill enhancement.

  • Preemptive management of risk factors is a core focus—an approach geared towards prevention before symptoms manifest. Our facility is well-appointed and spacious, providing a holistic environment for treatment. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate working individuals.

  • Our expertise spans across various domains including orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, and women's health (antenatal and postnatal care). Our commitment to compassionate care, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering personalized treatments set us apart in the field.
